Role title
Social Secretary.

Brief outline
Manaage the organisation of social events to bring members of the club: players, officials and parents, together in a social setting to enhance the relationships within the club.

Reports to
Facilities Coordinator.

Responsible for
N/A

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate a pre-season, mid season (around Christmas) and End of Season events.
  • Coordinate a monthly "gathering".
  • Coordinate at least two other social events per year, this has traditionally been a Cheese and Wine Evening and a Quiz.
  • Book venues and entertainment as required.
  • {*}Coordinate Junior social events throughout the season as a minimum, Halloween and Chirstmas.
