Expectations of Teams
Felixstowe Hockey Club encourages all teams to ensure that Hockey is an enjoyable sport and a positive experience for our members to help achieve this the following results are expected from our competitive teams in the league:

• Top half table finishes.
• More wins than losses.
• Positive Goal Difference.

Mens Section Targets

• Support the Mens 1st XI
• Support the Mens 3rd XI as the Development Team.
• Develop and standardise tactics across teams - set-piece plays, formations, passing patterns, penalty corner routines.
• Develop rising star players.
• Recruit players into ALL Mens sides to enable re-establishment of a Mens 4 XI.
• Break the 200 Goals scored barrier across all teams.
• Win at least 50% of games across section.

Ladies Section Targets

• Support the Ladies 1st XI
• Support the Ladies 3rd XI as the Development Team.
• Develop and standardise tactics across teams - set-piece plays, formations, passing patterns, penalty corner routines.
• Develop rising star players.
• Recruit players into ALL Ladies sides to bolster numbers.
• Win at least 50% of games across all teams.
